I suppose this is the part well I tell you a little bit about me. For my full resume, feel free to check out my LinkedIn (link to my linkedin) profile. Otherwise, here goes my spiel:

Born into a military family, I spent much of my childhood traveling the world. My father is Panamanian and Colombian and my mother is German. I speak German, not Spanish (unfortunately), but I haven’t given up on that dream yet! I spent a good portion of my years in Seattle. It’s gorgeous… in July, well the last week of July; other than that it’s quite gloomy and not my cup of tea. I moved to Arizona in 2005. I live and BREATHE #azlife. I love Arizona. To me, it’s magical. Wonderful restaurants, a great nightlife, never a dull day as you can take countless adventures from hiking to skydiving on any given afternoon! You’re an hour flight from the beach and a two-hour drive from skiing in the winter. It honestly doesn’t get much better!

I did my undergrad at ASU in Design, which is why flipping and staging homes has always been a hobby of mine. I also received my MBA with an emphasis in Finance from WP Carey School of Business. Go Devils! I was first licensed in Real Estate in Washington in 2004 and have been involved in the field in some way, shape, or form since. When the market crashed in Arizona, I worked with a fund manager to acquire, remodel, and sell or lease some 250+ homes. Although a tragic time, it was also rewarding as some of those abandon homes were in need of care and their neighbors suffered if they sat unkept.

In my free time I: workout, coach tumbling/gymnastics and cheer, work with children with disabilities, and read as many business and self-development books as I can. I am also a diehard football fan. I can’t get enough; it’s an exhilarating sport, and any excuse for good beer and good friends, I’ll take it.

I am loyal, caring, honest, and driven. I take my clients, peers, colleagues, projects, and activities very seriously and will pour my heart into everything that I do. It is my hope that every transaction results in a lasting relationship that will span a lifetime, as my clients become friends and my friends are like family.

Buying a home is a big deal, and I want nothing more than to make sure it is a fun, rewarding, and memorable experience. Did you know that most buyers end up with a complete stranger acting on their behalf? It’s true, and it’s unfortunate. You have a choice, so interview agents and find the right one for YOU. And remember that here: you come first, always.

Real Estate isn't exactly a Free Market. What you need to know about selling your home.

A free market economy is based on supply and demand with little or no government control. A completely free market is an idealized form of a market economy where buyers and sellers are allowed to transact freely (i.e. buy/sell/trade) based on a mutual agreement on price without state intervention in the form of taxes, subsidies or regulation. (Investopedia) That’s what Real Estate is, right? Not exactly… if the property doesn’t appraise, the bank will not loan you the money, so unfortunately, unless you’re Warren Buffet, it’s not a Free Market.

So what does that mean? Well, it means it is in your best interest to have a real estate professional that will provide you with an honest and candid assessment of you home.
